Cooking Ribs, Pork Butts, and Pork Loins
For the 3rd annual Smok’n On The Farm BBQ Competition, we are working hard to improve on the event to make this the biggest and best cook in the Clinton County BBQ Society. We have the CCBS handling all the judging and scoring, we are improving the cuts of meat (Korte meats, HINT HINT) and a new setup to deal with the possibility of adverse weather. With that said, what do you teams think of cooking on the main parking lot east of the main building?
This would limit the number of electric hookups we will have but no mud to deal with if it rains. Let us know your opinions and if you are ready to do some Smok’n On The Farm!
