We want to invite you to be a part of the 2023 Ozarks BBQ Fest held at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield Missouri June 9 & 10, 2023.
TWO BIG CHANGES FOR THIS COMP:
NEW DATE – We moved it from April to June 9 & 10, 2023 and we are still a $20,000 payout! Also, NO Cooking for the public! We will still be offering BBQ Sampling to the public, but the TEAMS DO NOT HAVE TO COOK FOR THE PUBLIC.
The event will handle this, cooking and serving to the public. If you would like to cook BBQ for public sampling let us know and we will provide the protein for you to cook, but it is NOT a requirement to be a part of Ozarks BBQ Fest!
We think these 2 HUGE changes will be better for the competing teams and allow more teams to join us who were either booked at another comp in the region or unable to cook for the public sampling!
