Hart Springs is home to one of the largest springs in Florida and one of the newest BBQ Festivals in the state.
This event will give out over ($6,000 in cash & prizes)
Cook Teams must compete in all 4 meat categories (chicken, ribs, pork shoulder, and beef brisket) to be eligible for the GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP prize & trophy.
In addition, each team will be given a Pork Butt to prepare for the People’s Choice competition. The winner receives bragging rights ($200 for 1st Place) & trophy. The “People’s Choice” event – For $15 donation visitors can sign up to become a judge and sample different kinds of pulled pork and choose their winner.
We invite you and your family to come on out – Saturday, October 21, 2023 “Free General Admission” and enjoy a mixture of entertainment throughout the day.
In addition to the BBQ, the event features arts & crafts, a car show, kid’s fun zone, food vendors, first-responder vehicles on display, activities for the family, and great entertainment.
