The Downtown BBQ Showdown Cook-Off is a sanctioned Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) professional contest. Cook teams compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket. There will also be Arts and Craft Vendors and Food Trucks.
The Downtown BBQ Showdown is being held on Friday, April 14th, and Saturday, April 15th, 2023. We would love for you to join us for this KCBS Downtown BBQ Showdown Cookoff event!
