Our first cook off event we are very excited about it!! Cash prizes for 1st place chicken,pork ribs and brisket! Also, a $3000 for the Grand Champion of the event. This is a RSA( Rollin Smoke Ali.) sanctioned event. Cook teams can consist of 5 members(1 head cook and 4 asst. cooks) You must enter all 3 meat events to qualify for Grand Champion. We do not supply meat and you must cook enough food to feed 40 people. Turn in times and other info will be announced at the cooks meeting which will be held on March 24th. General admission is $35 a head kids 12-under are free. Live music by DJ Snoop and Jacob Armitage!
